Refund policy
**All sales are final.**
West Coast Wholesale Tile sells first-quality closeout, overstock, and discontinued
tile in limited quantities. Because these are clearance lots that cannot be
restocked or reordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind,
ordering the wrong quantity, color or finish differences between screens and real
tile, or leftover material after a project. Please review all product
details — size, coverage, finish, and quantity — carefully before ordering, and use
the coverage calculator on each product page to size your order. We're glad to answer
questions before you buy; contact us any time.
**Order the right amount.** Tile is sold by the full pallet, and mosaics by the
carton, in the quantities shown. We recommend ordering at least 10% over your measured
area to allow for cuts, breakage, and future repairs, since matching lots may be
unavailable later.
**Damaged or incorrect shipments — the one exception.**
While all sales are final, we stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives
damaged in transit or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a
replacement or refund. To qualify, you must:
1. **Inspect your shipment at delivery.** Note any visible pallet or carton damage on
the freight carrier's delivery receipt **before signing.** Signing a clean receipt
may waive a freight-damage claim.
2. **Report the problem within [48 hours] of delivery** by contacting us at
**[your email]** with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the
incorrect item, including the packaging and shipping label.
Approved replacements or refunds are issued after we review the photos. Refunds go
back to your original payment method. We do not cover damage from improper
storage, handling, or installation after delivery, or breakage normally expected
in shipping and accounted for by the recommended 10% overage.
